Meet Attiyah Blair

Attiyah Blair is a multi-millionaire real estate investor, coach and licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and Maryland.


Her successful business, The Real Estate Reset, focuses primarily on rehabbing and restoring run-down properties and transforming them into beautiful urban homes.

To her credit she’s rebuilt and transformed 65 distressed, abandoned and unlivable houses and apartments into safe, affordable and stylish homes for families. Breathing new life into urban neighborhoods.

Attiyah brought her first home at the age of 23 and has been successfully investing in real estate since 2007. Her father, who was a general contractor and mother, who was an interior decorator inspired Attiyah’s journey.

A former TV news producer for 10 years with NBC, CBS and FOX affiliates, Attiyah transitioned into real estate full-time and attended Temple University’s Real Estate Institute.


Attiyah is passionate about sharing her wealth building knowledge especially with women. She impacts thousands every year while speaking at women’s conferences, women’s groups, schools, real estate clubs and young entrepreneur organizations.

She shares countless videos on Instagram on her tips and tricks for real estate investment strategies. And her fans who attend The Real Estate Reset conferences and workshops learn how to turn ugly houses into gold mines. She also speaks on how to build a million-dollar real estate portfolio in one year, the core principles of financial literacy, ways to improve credit, funding for  business, little known wealth building strategies, how to build generational wealth, and how to learn a path that eradicates generational poverty and struggle.

This two-time TEDx speaker with a bigger than life personality has been recognized by many organizations for her success, community involvement and generosity.

She’s been a finalist for the Madam C.J. Walker award sponsored by the Philadelphia Chapter of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women and was recognized as the Top 40 Under 40 Real Estate Professionals in Philadelphia.

Attiyah is also a member of several notable organizations…. The Union League of Philadelphia, The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Better Than Success Real Estate League, Black Real Estate Professional Alliance, and The Philadelphia Real Estate Investors Association.
