Abbie Gellman is a New York City culinary and nutrition expert. She’s part of a small, elite group of professionals in the U.S. who’s credentialed as both a registered dietitian and chef.
Chef Gellman received a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, a master’s degree from Columbia University, and a culinary arts degree from the award-winning Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Presently, Chef Gellman is a member of the Science Advisory Board for Nutraceutical, a health and wellness company that developed the very first dietary supplements in the U.S.

She’s created, produced, and starred in more than 500 videos on her YouTube channel, Chef Abbie Gellman, as well as videos for well known food companies and commodity boards.
Her YouTube channel gets tens of thousands of views, totaling more than 1 million since its launch. Her most popular, No Mayo Avocado Egg Salad has gotten over 115,000 views. Abbie is single mom of 14-year-old Olivia. And, when she’s not hard at work cooking or appearing on TV you may find her at the final table of a poker tournament in Las Vegas.
